Dr. Bailey completed her undergraduate studies at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg with a degree in Biochemistry.   Originally from Beckley, WV, she returned to her home state to attend medical school at Marshall University in Huntington WV, and then traveled south to Greenville, SC to complete her residency in Pediatrics.  After her residency, she remained in Greenville as full time faculty for the Pediatric residency program and worked in the Pediatric emergency room.  Dr. Bailey happily returns to the New River Valley as VCOM faculty.  She will be practicing full time at APCA as a pediatrician seeing children from 0-18 years of age.
