Dr. Frasca is a Board Certified Family Physician with over 20 years of clinical experience in Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine.  Dr. Frasca completed her medical training at Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, N.Y.  She did her Family Medicine Residency and Teaching Fellowship in Family Medicine in Binghamton, N.Y.  In addition to her family medicine experience, she has most recently practiced Emergency Medicine for the last 15 years.  Currently she enjoys teaching full time at VCOM as a Clinical Assistant Professor and is the Chair of Appalachian Medical Missions.  She sees patients at the APCA for Urgent Care and Family Medicine on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.
