Dr. McGinley Turner received her BS in Biology from Mount Saint Mary's University in 1999.  She went onto to complete her osteopathic medical studies at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medical School and graduated in 2003.  She is board certified in Family Medicine after completing her internship and residency through the North Broward Hospital District and Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.  She recently completed her Sports Medicine Fellowship with Virginia Tech and Edward Via Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine (EVVCOM).  She is an assistant professor at EVVCOM, where she teaches 1st through 4th year medical students.  She is one of the Primary Care Sports Medicine team physicians at Virginia Tech.  She sees Sports and Family Medicine patients at Academic Primary Care Associates in Blacksburg, VA.
